1. The short version

Before we start building, you get everything back. Once we have started, you get back what we haven’t spent on labour. Once the site is delivered, we don’t refund it. The Care Plan can be cancelled any time.

2. The three stages

Before work starts — full refund

Email us before we begin and you get 100% back, no questions and no time limit. Work “starts” when we first open your build, which is always after you have sent us your business details. If you have paid but not yet sent details, work has not started.

After work starts, before delivery — partial refund

You get back the portion we have not yet performed, and we will show you what was done. As a floor, you always keep at least 50% of the website fee, whatever stage we reached.

After delivery — no refund

Once your site is delivered — live at a URL you can visit, or handed to you as files — the work is done and is not refundable. This is bespoke work performed by a person; it cannot be returned to stock.

If something is broken or does not match what we agreed, that is a fix, not a refund, and we will fix it.

3. Why the rule is shaped this way

Our siblings refund an unused territory, because a territory costs nothing to return — it is a row in a database. A website is hours of somebody’s work. A refund after delivery means the work happened and was not paid for, so the line sits at delivery rather than at usage.

4. The Care Plan

Cancel any time, from your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. Cancelling stops the next charge and keeps your site exactly as it is.

We do not refund the month you are in, and we do not pro-rate. If you cancel the day after a charge, that month is still yours to use — send us the edits.

If we charge you after you cancelled, that is our error and we refund it in full immediately.

5. What happens to your territory

Your purchase includes a territory — the business category and city you claimed at checkout. If we refund that purchase in full, the territory is released and returns to general availability the same day. You have no continuing claim on it, and it may be sold to somebody else immediately.

Partial refunds after work has started do not release the territory, because the site has been built.

6. How to request one

Email info@kingdom-creatives.com from the address you bought with, and tell us what you bought and why you want a refund. You do not need a reason for a pre-build refund; we ask because the answer usually tells us something worth fixing.

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually the same day. Your bank may take five to ten business days to show it. We do not issue store credit or substitute a different site for a refund.

7. Where we refund regardless

Outside every rule above, we refund in full if we charged you twice, if we charged you after you cancelled, if we could not deliver what you bought, or if we made a mistake that left you with something you cannot use. We do not require you to argue for these.

8. Chargebacks

Email us before you contact your bank. A chargeback takes weeks and costs us a fee; a refund we issue ourselves usually moves the same day.

We treat a chargeback on a delivered site as a disputed transaction rather than a refund request, and will respond to the bank with the purchase record, the correspondence, and the delivery record.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published when you bought.
