No operator count, no revenue figure, no testimonial. What runs is pictured; what doesn't isn't.

Exclusivity is only worth something if it is written down somewhere you can check. When you claim a city, the row is written the moment your payment clears, and the availability checker reads that same row. Two people can both see a city as free; only one of them gets the row. That is the whole mechanism — there is no bidding, no renewal auction, and no tier that buys you more of the map.
For the businesses in the catalog that are not built yet, there is no row to claim. So instead we write down who asked, and for which town. When enough people ask for the same business, that is the one that gets built next — and the people who asked get the first offer on their own city before it is listed publicly.
It does not mean you would be the only person in town allowed to do the work. We cannot grant that and nobody can. Anyone is free to run their own sales, and other companies may operate near you. What you get is exclusivity within the platform, and the tools and training that come with it.
Waiting counts appear only above three. A registry that says one person is waiting argues against the thing it is meant to evidence, and an invented number would be worse than either. Below that, this section carries the mechanism on its own.

Every answer below is what the Terms, the Operator Agreement, the Refund Policy or the running code actually says. Where the honest answer is “no guarantee”, it says that rather than something warmer.
As soon as your payment clears. The site answers on your own subdomain — yourbusiness.systemsbyvega.com — and the welcome email carries the address.
One thing to be straight about: it opens with the example content you saw in the demo, and keeps it until your first save. Making it yours is the next step, you do that step yourself, and what you save shows on the site within a minute.
Yes, and that is the normal way to change it. Your admin is a real editor, not a request form: business details, hours, service area, photos, pricing, reviews, social links, your customer Terms and Privacy pages, your leads, and a reset that puts the site back to its example content.
What you save goes live on your site. You do not need us to do it, and there is no charge for doing it yourself.
Yes. The business category and the city you claim at checkout are yours for as long as your account is active, and we will not sell that same category in that same city to anyone else. It is enforced in the database, not only on paper: a unique index on the category, the normalised city and the state means a second live claim on your city cannot be written.
Two limits, stated plainly. It is a commitment about who else we sell to — not a licence to trade, and not a restriction on anyone who is not our customer. And neighbouring areas are separate territories that may be sold to someone else. The Operator Agreement is the document that controls it.
Connect one whenever you like — we would encourage it. The subdomain is a convenience we provide for as long as we host your site, not a domain name you own, and a domain you own is the address you keep if you ever move the site elsewhere.
You may point your own domain at your site, or move the site elsewhere, at any time. If you stop using our hosting the subdomain stops resolving; your content and your own domain are unaffected.
Three stages. Before we open your build you get 100% back — no questions and no time limit. Once work has started you get back the portion we have not yet performed, with a floor: you always keep at least 50% of the website fee, whatever stage we reached. Once the site is delivered it is not refundable.
If something is broken or does not match what we agreed, that is a fix, not a refund, and we will fix it. A full refund releases your territory back to general availability the same day. The whole policy is on the Refund page.
The content you supply is yours, and so is every enquiry your site receives. We do not contact, market to, or sell your customers or leads to anyone.
What stays ours is the underlying template, code, design system and illustration library, and every other site built from them. You may modify your own site freely; you may not resell the template or use it to build sites for other businesses.
We host the site, and we are not going to dress that up as a feature. Sites are static files, we host them on third-party infrastructure, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. There is no uptime commitment here, and the Terms say so in those words rather than burying it.
We may change how the platform works and may move hosting providers, provided your site keeps working — and you can point your own domain at the site, or move it elsewhere, at any time.
Email info@kingdom-creatives.com. You can also just reply to any email we send you — the welcome email ends “Questions? Just reply”, and it means it. Wrong city or business name after checkout? Reply to that email and we will fix it.
Refund requests go to the same address, from the address you bought with.
No. The site is $99 once. There is no royalty, no revenue share and no ongoing charge to keep your territory — that is the Operator Agreement’s own wording — and checkout is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
The Terms also describe an optional Care Plan, for edits you would rather hand to us than make yourself. There is no way to buy one on this site today, so treat $99 once as the whole price.
